As part of Science Week Ireland, Primary 6 & 7 have been learning about states of matter.
💨The pupils created carbon dioxide by mixing baking soda and vinegar — a fun way to learn about gases and chemical reactions!
🧀 They also linked their science learning to their World Around Us topic “The Vikings”, discussing how butter and cheese might have been made in Viking times.
🔍 The pupils carried out their own experiment to see if they could turn milk from a liquid into a solid!
🌟 A week of curiosity, creativity and future scientists in action!
