๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’™Celebrating World Oceans Day ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒ

18th Jun 2026
๐ŸŒŠ As part of their Climate Change topic and Eco Schools work, Primary 5 have been exploring just how important our oceans are and the simple actions we can all take to help protect them.

๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ  The class have been particularly inspired by the Wild Tribe Heroes book series, which has helped them learn about plastic pollution, litter and climate change through stories about the dangers faced by sea creatures.

๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ–๏ธ The pupils have shown fantastic enthusiasm for keeping our seas clean and healthy. With Cushendall Beach proudly receiving the Blue Flag this year, it is even more important that we all play our part in caring for our beautiful coastline and keeping it at its very best.
